Dr. Campbell-McBride, creator of the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) explores the plusses and minuses of a vegetarian diet.

The Wahl’s Protocol

This is not a SIBO specific book but Dr. Wahl’s diet may be very helpful for those with neurodegenerative diseases. They are doing several studies now using her diet.
