3/4 cup hot decaffeinated or regular coffee
3/4 cup warm/hot milk of choice
1 small spoonful chai powder (Blue Lotus Chai recommended) or one bag of chai tea.
1 teaspoon clover honey
2 tablespoons collagen hydrolysate (optional – Great Lakes recommended)
1 tablespoon MCT oil (optional)
- If using chai tea bag, let tea steep in the warm milk for 3-5 minutes.
- If using MCT oil, mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
- Without the MCT oil, mix all ingredients in a cup. Stir with a spoon and enjoy.
- Feel free to use different amounts of coffee, milk or honey to suit your taste.
