Tapenade is wonderful to have in your refrigerator to serve with crackers, vegetables or a topping for pork or chicken.
1 12 oz jar kalamata olives
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1. Add all ingredients except garlic oil to a food processor.
2. Process until mixed and well chopped.
3. Add oil and process until well mixed and slightly chunky.
